White-Glove Delivery

We provide white-glove delivery service across the United States. This premium service includes:

In-home delivery and placement of your furniture
Optional assembly and packaging removal

Delivery Timelines

Most of our products are custom-made or imported directly from Italy. Estimated delivery times typically range from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the item’s availability and production schedule. Our team will keep you updated at every stage.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, item size, and delivery requirements. Many of our products include complimentary white-glove delivery. Final costs will be confirmed during checkout or by your design advisor.

Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the custom and high-end nature of our products, please review our return guidelines carefully.

Made-to-Order & Special Orders

All custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins.
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of order placement to avoid penalties.

In-Stock Items

Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
